Personal data I collect
I collect your name so I know how to address you, your email address so I can communicate electronically with you, your mobile number so I can call you to discuss your photography commission. All of this is necessary for me to do my job.
How I collect and keep your personal data
I collect data using the contact form on my website, or via an email you send me, or over the phone if you call me first. This info is stored in my Office365 email account and possibly other Office365 documents (word/excel) generated with your photoshoot details. These documents are stored on the cloud and accessed via a strong password. I keep this data with all my other work-related documents, stored on a password protected computer. If you sign-up for my newsletter then your data will also be stored in my mailchimp account.
How I will use your data
As mentioned above I use your data to communicate with you about all aspects of your photoshoot.
Although I haven’t sent any newsletters to date, I may send some occasional newsletters which I feel will be of interest to you e.g. recent blog of some interiors work. You can, of course, opt out of these and will not receive any further emails from me.
If I have an assistant with me on the shoot, I may also give them your phone number for efficiency reasons, so they can contact you directly.
If you would like to see what data I stored please let me know. This will likely be copies of emails sent and received and other documents related to your shoot e.g. shot list and invoice. If you would like me to delete data I will do so. Note: I will need to keep invoices to satisfy financial reporting needs.
If you have any questions or requests related to the above please feel free to get in touch with me at [email protected] and I will get back to you.
